Our orders are usually shipped via Poste Italia, DHL and UPS. Full Truckload & Ocean Containers. You are also more than welcome to pick up your order in person.
We’re always working to ship your order as quickly as possible. Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email. When your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details.
1.Which countries can be delivered?
ITALY: All our products are delivered only to Italy (Excluding countries out of Europe), we offer both free shipping services.
2. Order processing time?
Orders placed on Monday to Friday, Your item will be shipped out Within 3 Hours.
Orders placed on weekend, your item will be shipped out on Monday.
If you have a special case or requirement please note us.

Order handling time : 1 – 2 day ( Monday – Saturday )
Transit time : 2 – 5 days ( Monday – Saturday )

3.Order Cancellation:
To cancel your order, please follow these steps:
1. Log in to your account on our website.
2. Once logged in, navigate to the “My Account” section.
3. Under the “Order Details” section, locate the specific order you wish to cancel.
4. Please know that cancel requests are only available during the first 3 Hours after you placed your order.
5. Click on the “Cancel Order” button to initiate the cancelation process.If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. Please wait for delivery and contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.
4.Tracking Packages:
Once your order has shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number to track your package. A shipment notification, including the tracking information will be sent to your email address when your order is processed and leaves our facility.
5.Delivery Time:
The delivery time will depend on your delivery location, basically you will receive the item in 2-5 business days. if you want it shipped express inform us. You can check the tracking number through the Carrier’s website for your order delivery time.
